By downloading, installing, or using Whoish (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Whoish is a domain and network analysis tool that performs DNS, WHOIS, SSL, HTTP header, and email security lookups. All lookups are performed from your device using publicly available internet protocols and services.

Lookup results are provided “as is” from public data sources (DNS resolvers, WHOIS servers, RDAP, target domain servers). Whoish does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed. Results may be affected by DNS propagation, WHOIS privacy/GDPR redaction, or server availability.
The App offers a free tier (10 lookups per day) and a Pro upgrade (one-time purchase or annual subscription) for unlimited lookups. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.
Whoish and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tony Svensson and are protected by copyright law.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tony Svensson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
